Highly interconnected modular dedicated production lines and automated production lines combined with self-developed intelligent quality management systems ensure the high quality of Seraphim products. Seraphim implements fully transparent manufacturing management and quality control. Through the self-developed ERP system, we track all procedures for manufacturing each PV module, achieving complete traceability from raw material to processing, testing, and delivery.

BEST OF CLASS Production
Modularized fully automated production lines enable fast delivery and cost savings. To achieve high utilization rates and efficiencies, Seraphim divided the whole production chain into separate but closely united automated production sectors. Over 40 patents have been applied for process optimization, which effectively avoids manual errors and reduces production costs.

PVEL: PASSED PQP
Seraphim passed the strictest accelerated stress testing and characterization under PV Evolution Labs Product Qualification Program (PQP) and earned 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Top Performance. The PQP is a comprehensive evaluation of environmental sensitivities and degradation mechanisms of PV module designs. In addition, Seraphim’s module products have received the China Quality Certification Center’s (“CQC”) Top Runner Program Level One energy efficiency certification.

Diversified products meet specific customer needs. In order to adapt to different application scenarios. Seraphim’s leading R&D technology has created an extended product series. Since 2016, Seraphim has produced at least one innovative new product every year. The latest HJT module introduced has improved the conversion efficiency to 23.18% and obtained an ultra-high bifaciality (90%±5%).

Extensive Product Range
After comprehensive consideration of production cost, yield, transportation, installation, system compatibility, and other optimization aspects, Seraphim launched Sable Series TOPCon modules. Implementing half-cell technology on 182mm size silicon wafer with multi-busbar technology & high-density packaging, increasing the module efficiency up to 22.45%.

Extensive Product Range
Seraphim focuses on value creation and in the winter of 2020 launched a new generation of high-efficiency PV modules, the Seco 182mm series. Integrates 182mm large-size silicon wafers with PERC, multi-busbar, half-cell technologies and high-density encapsulation, the Seco 182mm series increased the efficiency of the PERC module up to 21.57%.
